ABOUT PRODUCT

The Oculus® 84C/184C/284C ceiling system consist of box shaped panels, panels profile clipped on carrier, consisting a 24mm wide flange that are closes the 16mm joint between the panels, system provides the module of 100mm/200mm/300mm. Ceiling panels of 84C/184C/284C are 12.5mm deep, the panels are customized and can be supply up-to the maximum length of 5000mm. The 84C/184C/284C carriers are 0.6mm thick in steel & 0.7mm thick in aluminium, The material being aluminium/galvanized steel (panels & carrier) are 100% recyclable, Light in weight and strong. Carrier have a standard length of 3000mm. To improve the interior acoustic performance the Oculus® 84C/184C/284C panels can be perforated and can be supplied with a non-woven tissue.

PRODUCT IMPLEMENTATION

All the panels of Oculus® (84C/184C/284C) can be easily demountable and re-fixed manually (without any advance tool), System allow the full access to the plenum and to the services behind. All kind of services i.e., electric, HVSE, cable tray and net cables can be hide by using this ceiling system. Ideal for those areas where hygiene/non maintenance area is major concerns i.e., server room etc. Easy dust cleaning makes this ceiling ideal for anywhere hygiene is important. Perforated panels with a non-woven textile membrane provide the acoustic solution for conferences areas.

SHORT FORM SPECIFICATION

The Oculus® 84C/184C/284C panels are roll formed from 0.5mm/0.6mm thick powder coated & coil coated available in galvanized steel / aluminium, also Aluminium & galvanized steel material can be 100% recycled with the use of small amount of energy.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

PANEL – Oculus® 84C/184C/284C wide panels with square edges having 12.5mm deep and up-to 5000mm in length. Available in Galvanised steel (GI) of 0.45/0.5mm thick & for Aluminium (AL) 0.7mm thick.

CARRIER –Oculus®Carrier shall be 20mm wide & 40mm / 45mm deep of 0.6mm galvanised steel (GI) black powder coated/coil coated in with prongs to accommodate the panels in a module of 100/200/300mm.

POWDER COATING – 50-60 microns thick powder coating on exposed surface & 10-15 microns powder coating on rear side.

COIL COATING – The durable polyester finish in a nominal thickness of 20 microns on exposed surface & 5-10 microns on rear side.

PERFORATION – 2.0mm & 1.8mm dia. perforation with 7mm C/C diagonal pattern.

SUSPENSION – 4mm dia. GI Rod, Adjustment spring, panel splice for panel joint and carrier splice for carrier jointing, galvanized steel edge profile.
