ABOUT PRODUCT
The Oculus® U-Shaped cladding system consist of U-shaped panels, panels profile fixed on 1.2mm & 1.5mm thick L-shaped slotted profile with the help of inner & outer brackets by using nut & bolts. System allows us to use the panels of same dimension as well as combination of panels of different widths, also creating the opportunity to use the panels of different widths in a single slotted angle keeping the desired module (centre-centre). Multiple shades of powder coating & coil coating make it more elegant.
APPLICATION
Oculus® U-shaped cladding can be useful for better ventilation system without using the carrier, Easy access to drainage pipes in case of damaging, Easy for fixing & removing, System is very cost effective & versatile, system can be used for both interior and exterior application to cover the drainage & electric ducts area.
SPECIFICATION
U-Shaped cladding profiles of widths 25mm/50mm/75mm/100mm panels are roll formed from 0.45mm/0.5mm thick power coated galvanised steel or 0.65mm/0.7mm aluminium strips, Galvanized L-shaped slotted angle having the slots of 10mm dia., aluminium & galvanized material can be recycled for the 100% requiring very little energy.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
PANEL – Square edges panels of multiple widths i.e., 25mm, 75mm, 125mm, 175mm and deep with different heights i.e., 25mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, panels are roll formed from 0.5mm galvanized steel & 0.65mm / 0.7mm Aluminium.
SLOTTED ANGLE – The U-shaped L-shaped slotted angle made of 1.2mm / 1.5mm thick galvanized steel having the slots of 10mm dia. at every 25mm c/c, also slots can be customized to accommodate the panels in a different module of 50mm, 80mm, 100mm & 120mm, L-shaped slotted angle has a standard length of 2500mm.
POWDER COATING – 50-60 microns thick powder coating on exposed area & 20-25 microns powder coating on rear side.
COIL COATING – The durable polyester finish in a nominal thickness of 20 microns in a continuous coil coating process ensuring uniform coating thickness.
PERFORATION – 2.0mm & 1.8mm dia. perforation with 7mm C/C diagonal pattern.
FIXING – GI L-clit of size 50x50mm / 85x50mm, Anker fasteners, Screws, inner & outer brackets, panel splice for panel joints.
